How to Buy Well...

First, it is important to establish a relationship with a good broker who understands and knows the market, what drives value, knows the neighborhoods and the schools, and who you like and feel comfortable working with.

Second, buyers need to be financially pre-approved so they can move quickly when the right property arrives in their life.
